super mario
Hi, Just wondering what everyone has their tyre psi on their yokohama's which came with the car (although I believe some models came with Dunlops) and whether its worth plumping them up a bit due to the extra weight on the 450h
The G Man
I have the dunlop run flats, I run them at 33 psi.
super mario
I have the dunlop run flats, I run them at 33 psi. Thanks for the reply G man - I was also wondering everytime you change the tyre pressure to do you have to initialise the tyre pressure warning system (switch under the dash)? ( my manual says 38psi back and 36psi front for tyre pressure for above 100mph and 35 front and back below that - but thats not specific to yoko's)
The G Man
No you dont need to initialize the TPMS when you change tire pressure, it should have enough play in it that the alarm wont go off. I cwould check your driver door jam to see what is the recommanded PSI for your tires.
