Any Performance Parts For The 1st Gen Es300?

maybe a cold air intake? Where would I find stuff like that? I'd like to do some very mild upgrades just to make it a bit more lively.

Cold air intakes are not going to do much for your EFI ES300. It may put up 3 hp or more, but the stock air intake is the best way to roll. The cold air intakes can suck more moisture than a stock intake. I was told the moisture will build up in the motor, and bang there will be a large hole in the engine

A cold air intake will only allow more air to be ingested, whether or not that will make a useful increase in performance is why I asked. Unless you're taking your car swimming, then a CAI will not not introduce "more" moisture to build up in an engine, causing hydrolock. My last 3 cars all had a CAI and I went through Florida summers, winter, in Utah, never once was an issue. :D
