2004ES330GTA
Hi everyone. I have a kinda funny question to you. I have ES330 year 2004, with 16 inch rims on it. and it has winter tires. So, I decide to buy Original Lexus Rims to put all season tires for spring, summer, and fall. I found a Lexus GS430 Rims, which is 17 inch x 8 inch. I know that 17 inch x 7 inch will fit on ES330, cuz I saw other ES330 with 17 inch x 7 inch rims with 215/55/R17 V-rated tires. But does anyone can tell me that 17 x 8 will fit on my car? and Costco guys sugest that ES330 will have better handling with 235/50/R17 followed by Michelin's Vehicle Recommand Tires Manual. So, I am thinkin to put 235/50/R17 tires on the new rims. In short, can you tell me that 17 x 8 will fit on ES330 Year 2004~2006? Please update. Thanks. PS. can also anyone tell me any good or bad between 215/55/R17 and 235/50/R17 ?? Thank you for your time to read =) :D
Lexusfreak
Do you know the offset of the wheels? I just purchased a set of OE ES 350 17" wheels (getting them next month) with an offset of 45 & rim is 17 x7 J. I wouldn't go any larger than 215 55 17 personally......I don't think the 235 will fit.....you will have rubbing issues.
SW03ES
I dont know if GS or LS wheels will fit because of the offset. The GS and LS are RWD...
