Just bought a used '03 GX 470 w. 75k miles and when taking it to the Lexus dealer (Kings Lexus-Cincinnati), they said it never had its 60,000 mile service done. brickauto Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 brickauto, what year is your GX, most later model GX have 100,000 spark plugs. 2003, service guide says 120k spark plug changes. anyway I just replaced all the plugs with NGK Plats ($24 @ $3 each compared to the dealer's $200).
