Bluetooth Screen Gets Frozen Very Often- Has Any One Seen This?

I uploaded the phone book to Bluetooth on my 2005 LS 430.

The major issue now is the bluetooth screen including phone book, the call log, and the entire screen gets disabled very often. Sometimes, I can not make a phone call.

Also, what's up with dialling a phone number from the phone book when it is working. The ringing tone is mute until it establishes the connection. Sometimes, when it goes to voice mail, I am in the lu-la land.

It is frustrating. Anyone?
