I had a 94 ls400 without traction control, recently I jack up the car and put on drive mode, I had notice the rear wheel passenger side run much faster than the driver side looks most torque was on pasenger side wheel. I had check both rear wheels brades no drag on both wheels. Is this normal or something was wrong on the drive gear?

Completely normal. The car has an "open" differential, and the one that turns, is the one that turns first. The traction control has to see front wheel rotation to work, and some throttle opening.

And don't be surprised if at some point you discover that are rotating in different directions, one forward and one backward, that's also NORMAL.

Also the reason parking (e-brake) brake should always be set on slippery surfaces.
