bnvs
Hi folks, Long time lurker, usually do not post much. My 2001 RX300 just hit 90K miles. I need a good certified shop to do my 90K service. First Question: What should I expect to be done? Second Q: How much should it generally run me? Third Q: Anybody know a good dealership or a excellent certified mechanic in the Northern Virginia Area? Please holler back, any info to me would be helpful. Thanks, BnVs - 703-888-4313
HaloRomeo27
On the 90,000 miles service the majority of things include the timing belt and water pump and all the guides and tensioners idler pulleys fluid change which includes oil coolant breaks transmission rear diff on the timing belt and water pump please make sure they know what there doing the water pump surface must be 100% clean and NO sealant applied the timing must be correct as the engine is an interference engine which means you must get it right the first time there is no second chance
