Lower Headlight Bulbs

Got a sylvania bulb the other day for an awesome price of $85 (being sarcastic) whereas the Lexus dealership was going to charge me $405 for installation and putting in the bulb. My question is I hear alot about "leveling" a lower headlight bulb and was wondering if a car replace place like Tuffy or Goodyear knows how to level a lightbulb when installing it?

If you mean adjusting the vertical aim of the low beam headlights, here's the PDF file for that.

Use a phillips screw driver to turn the little cogged wheel from above. Only turn the one noted in the diagram for A, low beam adjustmen.
