Trading 07 Ls460 For 08. What's A Fair Trade?

My 07 has 22000 miles MSRP was approx $70k with options. 2008 with same options is approx $400. higher. Dealer wants 12,400 difference. Anyone have a better deal to share?

I first negotiated my 08 from around $72k to $66,500. Then I negotiated my 02 with 89k miles. KBB suggested $17,500 trade value and they offered me $14k. They knew I had been shopping and did my homework. I said $17k for the trade or I was walking. I started out the door and he said he would speak with the sales manager. He came back with the extra $3k. Based on that you should be around that $66,500. Have your trade in value in hand and go from there. They then tried to stiff me on the MF as I leased it and the finance guy put in .0033. I have a-1 credit and knew December to Remember was .0023. He walked out of the room to do whatever they do and came back with .0023.
