97 Es300 Exhaust In Need Of A New Flex Tubing

The choice seems to cut out the old flex and weld a new in or replace the whole assembly that includes the catalytic converter. If I do that, shall I go with the Lexus OEM part or can I trust an aftermarket "direct-fit" one like Bosal? I would like to get another 3-5 years out of the car. Your advice will be appreciated.

Go to an independent muffler shop and get one welded in. Mine has been in for over 4 years.
