Help With Hood

I just noticed today, that my hood is not properly locking in place. After looking more carefully, I noticed that the hood has been bent a little-(do not know how this happened, I didnt hit anything and didnt sit on the hood, someone must have pulled in to far in a parking lot). It will not go down far enough to reach the lock. Took it to a body shop, which said it would be $1600. I don't really want to pay that much, does anyone have any alternate suggestions?

Cardon Fiber hood from Seibon is 425 bucks. You can have it painted if you want, but CF is tooooooo nice to cover up.
