ChePibe Posted November 21, 2007 Share Posted November 21, 2007 Has anyone out there replaced the heater core on this model? Price quotes with heater core are anywhere from $1000 to $1300. I understand that the dashboard has to be removed to get to it. Anyone have detailed instructions on this. I am pretty handy with tools. Is this something your backyard mechanic can do? raph Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 Im in the same boat as you.. havent ordered a new one yet,still trying to find em online or,i figured if i take it out,i can have it repaired(the radiator shop could replace the core etc) may work out cheaper..
