Is it possible to need new brakes and rotars after only 14K miles??? My IS 300 was fine until 28K?? My driving habits didn't change.

Get the TSB done for the front brake dust issue if you havn't already. You will get a new set of brake pads and either resurfaced or new rotors. Usually for free.

If that doesn't fix the problem then it might be the tires. See the other thread that was just started.

That's not abnormal for the front pads. Like the guy says, get the front brake TSB done for free and the new pads will make less dust and probably last longer.
