im looking to buy a gs300, i want to know what common problems these cars have and what to look for when purchasing one. any input is appereciated thanks

I used to have a 94 and it was a great car. I'm actually considering getting another one. Let's see, things to look for....well, the cup holders suck so make sure they work. Don't expect to find one with the 12-disk CD chnager that actually works (I got lucky). Interiors on these cars almost never hold up well. Oh yeah, make sure you check the carpet under the mats. If you see discoloration, the heater core is busted-a very common problem on this car. Almost every one I looked at before I bought mine had this problem. But then again, it IS a 10-plus year old car and they will have problems. If I think of anything else or if you have any more questions, let me know.
