SCRider
Ok here's the thing. I bought some PIAA fog lights for my car and I hooked it up to the parking lights so that when I turn on the lights to my car, the fogs will come on too. However, it was working fine for a few days and then I took a trip to another city at night and I can smell something burning like rubber melting or something. Now my parking lights and bumper lights doesn't work. Can anyone help my fix this problem, because I called around to see how much it would be for them to check electrical problems and the cheapest I found is 80 an hr. That's a lot more then what I want to spend on this problem. Please Help
zockslexus
when you hooked up your fog lights to the parking lights you over loaded the system. The parking circuit is not designed to handle that much load. check your fuse box, you may find a melted fuse or wires, also, check your wiring...could have burned up a wire.
