DRJunior Posted October 29, 2007 Share Posted October 29, 2007 been readin a lot about people deleting the resonators and keepin stock mufflers, until u get a replacement anyway. but what about doing it the other way around? can u delete the mufflers and keep the resonators and not sound obnoxious? any sound clips/videos of deleted mufflers and or resonators? I don't think that's the way to go at all. Besides looking wierd, you still have the highly restrictive resonators and a crappy sound to boot. Kill the resonators first, next replace the mufflers with hi-flowing, then go after the forward cats with hi-flowing, and finally look into straightening out the pipes with 2.25".
