New Gs Owner Looking For Some Help

i just bought a used 06 lexus gs 300. i want to know if it is possible to upgrade to a nav system. my did not come with it, dealer says no but you guys seem to be geniuses when it comes to the gs. any help or suggestions are welcomed. i also want to know any suggestions for purchasing oem rims. i want to buy the rims that come on the hybrid version of of the gs. thank you to all of you for setting this place up.

dealer says no? Thats ridiculous. They can easily add the navigation system to any car.

No they can't. I can't even find an audio installer who will put an aftermarket stereo in mine. I have also searched the internet and everyone says it is impossible. It has been discussed on this forum many times.
