i have a 06 gs 300. i wanted to know if it was possible to add a oem nav. system to my car. please let me know my options. thank you to all

i just bought a used 06 lexus gs 300. i want to know if it is possible to upgrade to a nav system. my did not come with it, dealer says no but you guys seem to be geniuses when it comes to the gs. any help or suggestions are welcomed. i also want to know any suggestions for purchasing oem rims. i want to buy the rims that come on the hybrid version of of the gs. thank you to all of you for setting this place up.
