98 Gs 16" Rims On 97 Es?

Guys,

Hope you guys can provide any guidance you have on installing 98 16" 5 spoke rims on a 97 ES300. Need to know if offsets are the same. Also need to know widest tires that will fit on the 97 ES300.

Looking to replace original rims due to damage.

what 98 rims?

any es rim will fit another ,as all Lexus have the same bolt pattern and hub bore as well as offsets of 40-45 on the LS models from 95 and up are specific.

The 98 rims were from a GS.
