yank
I lowered my 2001 GS430 a week ago and had no problems at first. After a week it has developed a big clunck in the front suspenion. One secound it was fine and than the next this big noise. It makes it evertime you go over a bump, but if you stop and bounce the car up and down it is quiet? I put the car up on the ramp today and had a very long look with a four foot prybar but could find nothing loose or broken? Any idea? CarbonGS
you are going to want a teflon based lubricant. what is happening is that the strut mount and the moving part of the strut are not working in harmony. usually due to dirt getting in the boot etc...
