Rick215 Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 The bulb blew and I want to change it but wondered how to open the housing. Should be an access door from the trunk but Oh well. There is a small plastic latch thing there (where that access hole should be) but it does not seem to fasten the housing. Pry harder?
bartkat Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 Which lamp, on the trunk lid or on the back of the fender?

bartkat Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 1.Insert a clip remover or a flat head screw driver, pop it upwards and disconnect the the engagement of the 2 front claws. 2.Pull the the center 3rd brake light assy towards you and disconnect the engagement of the 4 side claws. 3. Separate the connector, remove the 3rd brake light assy and replace the bulb.
