How To Disable Passenger & Side Airbags? 1999 Rx300?

Wondering if anyone knows how to disable the passenger airbag, and the side airbags (or preferably just the one on the passenger side of the vehicle), in a 1999 RX300.

I've read the manual and searched the 'net, but no luck. Thanks in advance!
