powe6300 Posted August 18, 2007 Share Posted August 18, 2007 Background info: 1999 LS400 Last night, while driving home in a heavy downpour, I was caught in some deep water (about 1 1/2' - 2'). This water not only came into my car because I opened the door (I know, I know) but stalled the engine. I finally got the car to higher ground and it still wouldn't even remotely start after two hours. The starter will get the RPM's to 1200ish and the electrical all works fine.
