Hello all, I'm new here and looking for some help. I picked up a 1999 LS 400 a few weeks back, and I seem to be having a problem. While driving, I hear a clicking noise that I thought was coming from the air vent by the driver's door. Turns out, it's the headlights clicking on and off rapidly. After a little while, it seems to stop. This seems to happen in the daytime. I usually leave the headlight switch in the "auto" position. When I turn it to the "off" position, it still happens. Any idea what my problem might be?

Yes, on the presumption that your headlights stay constantly on when you switch them to "on" at night then you have a failing or failed solar radiation sensor/system. You might try covering it help to see if that helps.

I thought that it might be that, but it still does it even when the headlight switch is in the "on" position.
