1996 Es300 - Front Brake Squeaking And Pumping When Slowing Down

My 96 ES300 is making noise when the car is running very slow (before a stop); it may make noise at higher speed but I can't hear.

Also when I come to a stop while turning (like when getting into a parking slot), then the ABS comes up pumping and it makes a screeching noise.

Any tip before I take it to the dealership?

I think its something called the ABS speed sensor. Something along those lines that initializing the ABS incorrectly.
