Pls Help! About Is250/350 Daytime Running Light

Hi all, i'm new to this forum and i was searching on the web trying to find some help about the IS250 and IS350 DRL. I have a IS250 in Hong Kong and changed it to T10 HID bulbs, i think it looks very nice so that i bought more in Hong Kong and resell them on ebay,

I sold around 5-6 of this to united states and no problem at all, until last week, a buyer complained about that it doesn't fit his USA IS350, and ask for refund. I am wondering if IS250 DRL is different than IS350? Are they both T10? I'm not 100% sure about what is T10, maybe it's just the bulbs model and it called something else in USA. Please let me know if you know anything about this. Thank you very much for your help and please excuse my english!

IS uses the hight beam headlights as DRL with a resistor to lower the voltage. The high beams are 9005 bulbs. I kinda think your LED is not gonna work in that application.
