Lexus Is 250 Maintenance Question

I just bought an '07 IS250, and I want to ask you guys about the maintenance. Is the maintenance for this car costly like BMW/Mercedes? Or is it more economical like Acura? Just wondering...

It is more like Acura...its Japanese as opposed to German...lucky us!

Dealership maintenance isn't cheap but you can do much of it yourself or get it done somewhere else at a better price. Some Toyota dealers will do maintenance for less.

But if you don't follow proper maintenance from authorized mechanics, wouldn't they VOID your warranty?

Not as long as you have documentation that the maintenance was done and with approved parts/fluids.
