In April'07, I noticed 1-2 times that there was a straight thin line running vertically across the screen when I was backing up. I noticed this thin (whitish) line, once or twice. It didnt reoccur after that. I noticed the same line (shifted to a different location on the screen) recently. I again saw it 1-2 times and now when I backup I dont see any such line. Has anyone reported this issue? Any suggestions? The car is under warranty for a the next few years, so I am not super concerned, but should I report to a dealer about this ASAP? I agree with the sun comment, to my knowledge lexus hasn't released and TSIB's on the back-up camera display, I'll double check the database.
