I broke it and got a replacement part and now I am trying to replace it, but dont know how to get the to the conneter inside the door and dont know how to take that apart. This is for a RX300 but the RX330 should be very similar: Remove door inside handle bezel Remove power window switch remove door courtesy light Remove door trim remove inside handle, speaker and service hole cover (might not need to do this) remove door belt moulding (might not need to do this) remove lower frame bracket garnish (it looks like the connector and mirror screws are behind this) FINALLY: Disconnect connector & remove 3 bolts holding the outside mirror Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
