rockzilla Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Hey guys Im new to the forum I Have been reading for about three months. But anyway The trunk on my 2006 IS will not open via the inside release or the key fob. I can manually open it underneath with the key. Any ideas...Thanks in advance-ZIlla
bartkat Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 There's a small trunk lockout switch just inside the glovebox on the left side near the lip. That's the valet switch that's used to keep people from opening the trunk when they are parking your car. That switch may have inadvertently been pushed. I think that's in the owners manual.
