bean_8044
Has anyone ever thought about making the BFI, except using some steel or aluminum tubing from JC whitneyand replacing the stock tubing? Or just connect a cone filter right next to the intake divider(the metal piece that seperates the intake to the two turbos) and just cutting a hole in the hood... then just attach a scoop and make your heat shield and you have real ram air. Also why not move the stock IC in front of the radiator like a FMIC? Any ideas/brainstorming welcome
AWJ
All those things have been done. Except moving the stock IC. There would be little point. The money it would cost for custom tubing would justify a new front mount.
