Hi,

This is my first post on this site and i'm sure this is the right place for all my 2002 RX 300 questions.

My check engine light came on yesterday along with VSC. Disconnected my battery and the EFI fuse and plugged it back in.Didn't work . Took it to autozone to read my codes. Came out with P1135 - Fuel Air Metering(that's all it said). Donno what this is and how to fix this.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

1135 is Bank 1 Sensor 1 A/F Heater circuit malfunction, its pretty common, just replace the B1S1 (manifold closest to firewall) and clear the codes.

Please excuse my ignorance, I'm a Home Theater guy and not a real car guy, but what exactly "is" a B1S1??? You say to replace it, but what is it??? Oxygen Sensor???

Thanks for any help

Feel free to do this to me for such a stupid question :chairshot:

Dave
