Had Dead Battery, Now Windows Won't Work

I have a '06 GS 300 and this weekend my car battery died while out. I was able 2 replace it and everything worked, or so I thought. Today I tried 2 roll down my windows and the only one that worked was the driver, but not the auto open. (I have 2 hold down the button 2 fully open the window) The other windows do the same @ their respective doors. Can anyone tell me as 2 why the driver window controls won't work the other windows, and why the auto open doesn't work on any? Please help. :chairshot:

You need to use each window switch and manually run it down and up to relearn the auto feature, then they will all work from the master switch
