Sc400 : Late 90's Vs Early 90's Model

Hi,

Anyone out there test driven 250hp 4-speed automatic SC400 vs 290hp 5-speed of late 90's ?

Have notable difference been noticed?

I've seen difference in specs but would love to hear subjective opinions of forum readers.

I am considering selling my '93 and getting newer one.

im a noob, but my cousin used to own a 1998 sc400 back in the day. he moved to europe so i don't have really that much contact anymore (if i did, i wouldn't have been asking all these random questions here lol) but i DO remeber when we were in los angeles, the 5speed auto had a very nice smoooooth channge from gear to gear. and it was aout 290 hp, so it kicked quick at accelratrion. im GUESSING the 250 4spd performs jsut like the older sc400's, but ive never driven one, so i wouldn't know......... :whistles:
