Mechanic Shop In Bay Area

hey everyone i'm new to the fourms. i was wondering if anyone knew a good lexus mechanic in the bay area preferably in the east bay. I need my timing belt and water pump replaced on my 1992 ls 400. also if anyone knows of a good tinting shop, that would be great. thanks
