Even if there is a fuel benefit, which I sincerely doubt, it could NEVER be enough to pay back the "upgrade" cost.

fuel economy is just gonna be a perk. LS430's still command big bucks. At least 20 large for a nice clean higher mileage example. (like 70k+ miles)
