Replace Es Strut Mounts. Do I Need The Bearing?

To fix the famous noise in my 99 ES, I order the parts from a well recomended website here.

I ordered 2 front strut mounts with bearings, but I received only the mounts, not the bearings.

From your experience, do we need to change the bearings when you replace your strut mounts?
