Need Help!removing Headlight On 07 Is 250

I have 07 lexus Is250

I bought HID kit from MTEC

I want to install it on my IS250 but I have no idea how to take out the headlight at all...

Would you please leave any suggestion or link that shows how to remove headlight and how to install HID kit

There's really no need to remove the headlight. Just find some place w/ a little room to mount the ballast, put the HID bulb in, and plug wires together and you're done!
