Hid Xenon On 2006 Is350 W/o Luxury?

I'm looking to buy a used 2006 IS350. Most I am finding on the web do not have the luxury package, but the sellers state that it comes with xenon headlights. Is there a way that the 2006 IS350 came with xenon headlights without the Luxury or Sport package?

Yes. You can change from regular headlights to true xenon headlights by using after market ballasts,wire hanrness, bulbs... check this link below.
