Replacing A Turn Signal Bulb On A 1998 Sc400

Can anyone tell me how to get at the right front turn signal bulb on a 1998 SC400. I looked and it seems that the entire air filter casing needs to be removed to change this bulb. Can this be right ? I'm not that good with these types of things, but I don't feel like paying $85.00 to get a bulb changed at the dealership.

Michael0711, I know its tight, wear a work glove. To gain access to the bulb, need to turn the casing counter clockwise. Try to find someone with small hands, if you are unable to reach the casing.

Thanks, I couldn't get my hand in there. I took it to my local guy and he has a small hand and was able to get in there. It only cost me $5.00. I guess it pays to be small sometimes...
