acflye Posted March 25, 2007 Share Posted March 25, 2007 Cranked up my baby and there was a burning smell (rubber), it lasted on a few seconds and went away......as I drove to the store occassionaly I would smell that burning smell.....so, when I got to the store I raised the hood and everything looked ok, the belt was turning etc........could this be a bad tensioner or an old belt.......thanks in advance......
