Is 300 Firing Order

I'm replacing my Bank 2 Sensor 2 O2 sensor and I would like to know what is the 1/2/3 bank and whats the 4/5/6/ bank. Please help me. Which is bank 1 and which is bank 2 ? Which exhaust should I be working with? Is it the Sensor under the passanger seat, or the sensor after the cat. on the inside of the engine bay near the block?
