Extended Warranty And Breaking In?

Hi~

I'm planning to keep my car for a good 7 years. Is the extended warranty worth it?

I'm debating whether I should save that money ($2000 for the 7 years/100,000 miles) or get it before a warranty price increase (don't know when but...anyway).

Does the RX350 or any new model cars need a breaking in? Such as driving below 3000 rpm for the first 2000 miles and getting a oil change at the same period.
