Lexus Personal Settings Programer

So i've been researching the web to find out more about the programmer that lexus uses to change the personalized settings.

the program(machine) is called C-BEST.

has anyone heard of someone getting one of these programmers. can it be found on ebay or in a automotive store?

I've never heard of anyone having one or buying one. However, the cost is probably pretty high and I don't see where anyone would use one more than once or twice.
