valueoftheimage Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 Hey. I was wondering what my options are concerning the connection of my ipod to the factory stereo in my 91 LS400. Most of all, I'd like to know if the stereo has an aux connection in the back or if there are any rca connections. Other than that, I already know that my other options are to use a cassette connection or FM connection. Also, any opinions on the best products for connecting an ipod with the best possible sound quality without actually changing the stereo? Thanks, any reply appreciated. J.

There is no RCA jack on the radio and the only commercial ipod interfaces that I have seen are for 2001-up Lexus cars with nav that can emulate an MD changer. The most common solutions for the old cars seem to be an FM modulator or a cassette adapter with a 2.5 mm input jack. Sorry ...
