Tail Lamp Replacement Instruction For 99 Ls 400

I've done a search and it seems that VBdenny & Lexls have instructions on replacing tail lamp bulbs (high mounted stoplight). I was wondering if the LS 1990 - 1994 instructions work for a 1999?

Push on the lower edge really hard and then up, the housing will pop up. Then it's all kind of obvious. Had one go out on my '99.

I do not know if they are all the same. I will go out on a limb and assume that there are some differences but probably not that different. Glad you got it fixed
