andrecat112
are there any modifications to be noted when installing the Whiteline BTR39 20mm Rear Sway Bar, even though its for a 98 camry?
Toysrme
No. It's easier to do if you drop the exhaust pipe. Just be sure to change the end links & grease the bushings well, or it'll be squeaking very soon.
andrecat112
Toysrme, you mean to change the existing end links and bushings? im at a total lost of what i should do. should i take a chance and buy an end link kit and bushings at the local parts store? Toysrme
Yes, change the existing endlinks & bushings. There's near no change the end links that are on there are going to be very good at that age. I would use some poly bushings. Sorta defeates the purpose of upgrading the sway bar if you're just going to put rubber back on there. anthonyiez
i agree, i see no point in upgrading the bar and leaving the old links on.
