Cel P1121 = Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor/range Performance

Couple of weeks ago I got Engine Fault code P1121= Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor/Range Performance. It was a persistant problem too.

Reading a few threads around the net I come to the conclusion of the problem.

I replaced the air filter, cleaned MAF sensor and Throttle Body and I have not had a single engine light on since.

So if anyone ever gets P1121 = Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor/Range Performance code then that could be cause of the problem.

The reason for this post was that out of all the threads i searched for never gave a definate result to the problem. So I wanted to log this for others :)
