slowmunchies
Hi, I'm having problems with white, chalky-looking marks on the vinyl right above the glove compartment, and also a stray mark here and there on one of my black leather seats. I guess they're scuffs or scratches, but how do I get them out? Shoe polish? Thanks in advance.
SW03ES
NO! Don't use shoe polish! Thats one of the tough parts about having a black interior, scuff marks. Start out using a 7:1 solution of Water and Woolite. If that doesn't work try using a MrClean Magic eraser (Gently) on the affected areas. slowmunchies
Thanks, I'll try it. And just out of curiosity, what would happen if I did use shoe polish?
SW03ES
You'd stain the vinyl and alter its appearance.
sPY-007
If you had use a brown shoe polish, the vinyl may actually look like the lexury version. ;) Woodlike trim haha
