Rx330driver
In the latest issue of car and driver, the main story is the most influential cars of 2007. One of them is the LS460. what im about to say will shock some of you, but keep in mind, Car and Driver is biased against lexus all the time and pro infiniti/germans. "The 2007 Lexus LS 460 tested by Car and Driver only recorded a 0-60 time of 6 seconds, not 5.4 seconds like Lexus has promised. Car and Driver says it is because of the tall first gear. While this is disappointing, the scary part is the braking. It took the big Lexus 209 feet to stop from 70 mph with regular all season tires. For comparison, the Audi Q7 SUV only requires 170 feet." now accelerating, i can understand because temperature/outside variables could have affected it. But BRAKING? maybe it was a preproduction model that had worse brakes, or maybe they were over heated. dont know...what do you guys think?
